Created and maintained by the University of North Carolina, this site provides a database of State Incentives for Renewables & Efficiency (DSIRE).  It’s a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility and federal incentives that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency.  It covers all U.S. States, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories.
